    First, cut off the power supply before disassembly to ensure safety during disassembly. At the same time, open the liquid release valve to release the residual pressure in the pump into the air, so that there is no impurities as much as possible. At this time, you can remove the motor base bolts, separate the motor from the pump body, and the first step of disassembly is successfully completed.
    The second is the disassembly of the pump body. The single-stage centrifugal pump is not as complicated as the stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump. First, remove the base bolts of the pump body and the fastening bolts of the back cover of the pump, and then remove the pump body. Tap the nut with a hammer to release the rust layer so that the foot bolt can be easily screwed. In addition, when the pump cover fastening bolt is located at the connection between the pump body and the pump cover, the corrosion phenomenon is particularly obvious. Because this position is relatively fragile, it cannot be hit with a hand hammer, but can only be rotated gently, which is difficult to disassemble.
