At a standard atmospheric pressure and the water temperature is controlled between 20 and 30 degrees Celsius, the distance between the water surface of the water inlet and the section mouth gives the height of this vacuum, which is determined by experiment. However, the disadvantage of this method is that it does not consider the collocation of the size of the water flow and the suction pipe behind. Therefore, the installation height theoretically needs to deduct the lost energy to obtain the height of the vacuum, and then the remaining value is the real value, which can overcome the problems of terrain height and water absorption height in the actual situation. Otherwise the pressure provided by the pump will not pump the water up.
