Precision stamping manufacturing process has become an important part in the parts industry, and most of the stamping hardware is used in the fields of aerospace, automobile, ship, machinery, chemical industry and so on. So how does the precision stamping manufacturing process produce and process? Precision stamping process has high production efficiency and is easy to operate, and is easy to realize mechanization and automation. For the precision stamping manufacturing process as a whole, the precision stamping process is mainly influenced by two factors: the type of equipment and the material of the workpiece.
I. Process advantages of precision stamping
Precision stamping parts are manufactured by stamping on the premise that the material is not much consumed, and the parts produced are light in weight and good in stiffness. It also has high scale accuracy, uniform and common scale of the same die parts, and good interchangeability. In the stamping process, because the appearance of the material is not easily damaged, it can retain a good appearance quality, the appearance of lubrication and beautiful, which provides a convenient condition for the subsequent surface treatment.
II. Material selection for precision stamping
There are three main stamping processes: blanking, bending and drawing. Different processes have different requirements for plates, and the selection of materials should be considered according to the general shape of the product and the processing process.
1, punching requirements of the plate should have sufficient plasticity to ensure that the plate does not crack when punching. Soft materials have good punching performance, so that the punching process can be obtained after the section is smooth and very small inclination of the parts
2, the need to bend the forming plate, to have sufficient plasticity, lower yield limit. High plasticity of the plate bending is not easy to crack, lower yield limit and lower modulus of elasticity of the plate, bending after rebound deformation is small, easy to get the size of the accurate bending shape. More brittle materials, bending must have a large relative bending radius, otherwise cracking is prone to occur in the bending process.
3, deep drawing is one of the more difficult precision stamping process, so not only requires the depth of stretching as small as possible, the shape as simple as possible, smooth transition, but also requires a good plasticity of the material, otherwise it is easy to cause the overall distortion and deformation of the part, local wrinkling, and even stretching parts pulling crack and other quality problems.
